Accountants’ update

Welcome to RPC’s 2016 accountants’ bulletin. The aim of the bulletin is to review a number of key developments from 2015, and to give an insight on some of the current “hot topics” in this area.

Having been compiled by RPC’s team who specialise in defending claims against accountants, we hope that there will be something of relevance and interest to accountancy firms, insurers and brokers. The first section includes a series of articles regarding topics that we are regularly asked about as a firm, the second section is a summary of some of the key cases from 2015.
