The main feature of the Bill is the abolishment of the offsetting mechanism of the Mandatory Provident Fund ("MPF").

The Consumer Duty is a new regulatory framework developed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) aimed at creating a higher standard of consumer protection in the retail markets.
