RPC wins Best Law Firm for Peer Support at Legal Cheek Awards

RPC has been named the Best Law Firm for Peer Support at the Legal Cheek Awards 2022.

The prestigious win comes just months after Legal Cheek's Annual Trainee and Junior Lawyer Survey, which rated the international law firm as one of the best for peer support and partner approachability.

The survey asked more than 2,000 trainees and junior associates at over 100 leading UK law firms to answer questions about culture, amenities and quality of work, with grades ranging from A* to D.

Describing RPC as "supportive", "understanding" and overall "a close-knit bunch", RPC's junior lawyers awarded the firm A*s for both peer support and partner approachability. They also gave an A for training, quality of work, work/life balance, working from home policies, eco-friendliness and office facilities.
