RPC strengthens Singapore corporate practice with the appointment of M&A Partner Kenneth Leong
International law firm RPC announced today that experienced M&A lawyer, Kenneth Leong joins the firm as Partner to bolster and lead its corporate team in Singapore, expanding the firm's internationally recognised corporate practice. He joins with a team of Associates.
Kenneth is a well-respected and highly regarded M&A specialist with extensive experience handling complex and high value corporate transactions across a wide range of sectors including renewable energy, data centres, logistics, manufacturing, petrochemicals, medical technology, healthcare, education, and food and drink. Kenneth was previously a Director at Quahe Woo & Palmer LLC (QWP) and prior to that, a Partner at one of the Singapore big-four, WongPartnership LLP.

Serving as Head of Corporate M&A at QWP, Kenneth represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, SWF-backed companies, public listed companies, multi-national corporates, and family offices, helping them successfully navigate significant transactions in the region.
Kenneth is currently ranked in the Corporate/M&A (Domestic-Singapore) category by Chambers Asia-Pacific 2023, where he is described as “an excellent transactional lawyer having all-round experience and commercial awareness”. He was also previously recognised by Legal 500 Asia Pacific as “without doubt one of the best young M&A partners in Singapore”.
