A specialist in technology M&A and data governance, Andrew's arrival bolsters the firm’s highly regarded Corporate and wider Commercial practices in the fast-paced Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector.
With more than 20 years of experience, Andrew has held key leadership positions, including Head of Technology & Digital Markets at Pinsent Masons, Global Head of TMT at Simmons & Simmons, and Head of Communications at Ashurst. His extensive portfolio spans high-profile corporate transactions and strategic advisory work in TMT M&A, earning him top-tier recognitions in The Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal.
