RPC retains 100% of trainees in latest UK intake
All 14 have secured NQ solicitor roles across the firm's key strategic areas
Over the last three years, 37 of RPC's 40 trainees continued their careers at RPC after qualifying
International law firm RPC has retained 100% of its UK trainees who are set to qualify in September 2022.
All 14 trainees have secured NQ solicitor roles and will continue to support the firm's core strategic areas, including Commercial & Financial Disputes, Tech, Retail and Consumer, Insurance and Regulatory.
RPC Partner and Training Principal Parham Kouchikali said: "We are delighted that all of our September qualifying intake will continue their career at RPC. The enviable 100% retention underscores not only the quality of our trainees, but the investment we are making at the firm in supporting and developing early talent and helping them achieve their ambitions."
Out of the trainees, 13 are qualifying in London and one in Bristol.
They are set to join the following teams:
Commercial Group:
- Commercial & Banking Litigation (two)
- Commercial, Technology & Outsourcing (two)
- Corporate
- Media
- IP & Technology (three)
Insurance Group:
- General Liability & Medical
- Construction
- Property and Casualty International
- Professional & Financial Risks (two)
Last year RPC retained 86% of its UK trainees, with 12 of 14 trainee lawyers having remained at the firm.
