RPC advises on London Stock Exchange Listing for MOH Nippon plc
International law firm RPC has advised MOH Nippon plc (MOH Nippon), the first Japanese company to list on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
MOH Nippon Plc was admitted to the LSE's Main Market today, marking a historic milestone for both the company and the exchange.
The RPC deal team was led by Client Partner James Channo with support from Janice Chan, Hadrian Leung and Rachel Stanley. Nigel Collins, who is Head of the Japan Desk at RPC, will join the board of MOH Nippon as a Non-Executive Director on admission.
MOH Nippon, formerly Bowen Fintech Plc, is a premier crowdfunding platform specialising in real estate investment in Japan. The company has raised approximately £1.45 billion over the past 16 years and continues to benefit from a robust pipeline of real estate opportunities as part of the Kyosei Bank Co. Ltd. group.
