RPC advises LEVELUP Climate Tech on its acquisition of Zevero Ltd.
International law firm RPC has advised Japanese-owned and Singapore registered LEVELUP Climate Tech Pte. Ltd. (LEVELUP) on its acquisition of UK-based Zevero Ltd. (Zevero).
The multi-million-pound deal sees the two companies merge under the Zevero brand and expand operations across Asia, Europe and the U.S., as part of the Zevero mission to help companies in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector to measure, manage and reduce their supply chain carbon footprint using AI-driven carbon modelling, automated emissions calculations and real-time analytics.
The RPC deal team was led by Partner and Head of the Japan Desk, Nigel Collins with support from Associates Charmaine Chew and Chloe Clapson with tax advice provided by Partner Ben Roberts and Associate Rachel Stanley.
