RPC advises Bishop Street Underwriters on strategic UK insurance sector acquisition

International law firm RPC has advised Bishop Street Underwriters (Bishop Street), a RedBird Capital Partners (RedBird) portfolio company, on its acquisition of Landmark Underwriting, a specialty-focused managing general agent in the London insurance market.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority.

The RPC team was led by James Mee, Partner and Head of Commercial Insurance and Private Equity, and Matthew Griffith, supported by a team of Associates.
