RPC welcomes trio of new Partners in annual promotions round
City-headquartered law firm RPC is pleased to announce that it has promoted three lawyers into the partnership, with effect from 1 May.
All three are based in the firm's London office. The individuals are:
- Nigel Collins- Corporate, Head of Japan desk
- Ciara Cullen- IP & Technology
- Jonathan Hutt- Construction & Projects

Nigel Collins
Head of RPC's Japan Desk, Nigel Collins is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience and a deep cultural knowledge of Japan and Japanese business. Focusing on a broad range of work including acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures, restructuring and general corporate, Nigel is a Japanese speaker and advises a wide range of leading Japanese corporates across multiple sectors and geographies. Nigel is also involved in the Japanese martial art of Kendo and is manager of the Great Britain Kendo team.
Ciara Cullen
Ciara is an IP & technology lawyer specialising in dispute resolution, with a focus on advising international clients on large scale multi-jurisdictional matters. Ciara also has expertise advising on brand protection, licensing, sponsorship/endorsement arrangements and commercial contracts. She is dual qualified in England and Wales, and the Republic of Ireland and acts for a range of clients across a number of sectors.
Jonathan Hutt
A specialist in construction, PFI, energy and outsourcing disputes, Jonathan is an expert at navigating his way through complex PFI / PPP / outsourcing contracts and construction related issues – combining contentious and non-contentious skills to resolve complex problems. The majority of Jonathan's time is spent supporting large main contractors, but he also acts for employers and suppliers.
