William is a specialist in insurance law and acts for clients across the industry including insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and MGAs. His work covers corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations, insurance business and renewal rights transfers. William is a recognised expert in assisting clients with reinsurance arrangements, including legacy market transactions. He also advises on commercial, underwriting, and distribution arrangements, and is deeply experienced in guiding clients through the myriad of insurance prudential and conduct regulations, bespoke insurance and reinsurance products and funding structures, in addition to matters relating to Lloyd’s of London.
