With over 15 years' experience, Will has expertise in all types of contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters. He is the knowledge lawyer for our Restructuring and Insolvency team and frequently gives training, both internally and externally, on the latest developments in insolvency and restructuring law. He provides responsive and dedicated support to any matter within the firm that has a restructuring or insolvency angle. Will continues to undertake some fee-earning work and typically acts for a wide range of stakeholders including insolvency practitioners, creditors, corporates, and boards of directors.
