Acted for 4 companies in the YG Group (leading cold chain logistics companies) in a complex High Court claim relating to the acquisition of cold chain logistics companies in the People's Republic of China for $11m. 

Acted for an Indonesian high net worth individual in proceedings in the Singapore High Court against the director of a Singapore-based property development company in respect of a dispute over a multi-millio dollar investment in a Singapore property involving fraud.  

Regularly acting for and advising a major landlord and hotel operator in Singapore in relation to various contentious matters including contractual, property and leasing disputes.
