Settled a multi-party claim litigated in the London TCC which caused over £1m of damage for multiple insurers, by way of mediation. The fire was caused by a lithium battery explosion. 

Settled a claim against a global car manufacturer due to a fire caused by a brand-new car which caused damage to the claimant's property. 

Settled a claim against a construction company which caused damage to the claimant's property as a result of falling construction debris from their scaffolding.
