“I am naturally orientated to seeing ahead, anticipating future issues and preparing for them before they emerge.”

“I typically act for insurers and their insureds on high value property damage recoveries and defence matters that raise construction of other contract performance issues.

My bespoke approach is consistently governed by the type of client and instruction that I’m responding to. Given my experience, I am naturally orientated to seeing ahead, anticipating future issues and preparing for them before they emerge. That enables us to successfully triage claims to final award or settlement.

Clients appreciate the insight and depth I provide – I’m renowned for delivering excellent advice with energy and enthusiasm at a reasonable cost.

Sarah’s recent work highlights:

Issued a letter of claim under the Access to Neighbouring Land Act 1992.

Issued letters of claim for £6m to five defendants in a proposed recovery.
