Rachael specialises in resolving professional indemnity and financial services disputes. She frequently defends claims against financial professionals, including wealth managers, IFA networks, accountants, insolvency practitioners, actuaries, and trustees. She also specialises in claims against pension professional such as lawyers, trustees, investment managers, and pension administrators. Rachael has experience dealing with various disciplinary and regulatory matters including before the ACCA and ICAEW, the Pension Ombudsman and the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Stephen Finnan v Charles Russell Speechly [2023] EWHC 3058 - successful strike out of a claim against solicitors on causation grounds.

Colborn v Albany Park [2021] - succeeded at trial in defending a claim against a mortgage broker for the alleged mis-selling of an interest-only mortgage.

Defending a multi-million-pound claim against accountants in relation to tax advice on the extraction of profits from a company.
