Victoria is a specialist in employment tribunal litigation. Her work includes dismissal, discrimination and equal pay disputes, plus the full range of diversity, equality and inclusion-related issues, in addition to extensive project and advisory work. She acts for a wide range of clients, from charities to public and private bodies and businesses. Many of these are large corporate employers that include major, high-street FTSE 250 companies operating in the retail, telecommunications, and other commercial sectors. Victoria is also a part-time Employment Tribunal Judge.
