Olivia has extensive expertise in commercial, banking, and financial services litigation, and is also an expert in the interplay between AI and law. She is the first author to have provided commentary on generative AI and the relationship with the Civil Procedure Rules in the White Book. Olivia is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, and the Association of Litigation Professional Support Lawyers. She also holds Higher Rights of Audience.
