Neil specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate advisory, and his work also includes Part VII transfers and Lloyd’s third-party syndicate management transactions. His focus is largely on corporate deals within the insurance, technology, sport and retail sectors and his clients include professional services firms, sports businesses, and global insurance and reinsurance companies. Prior to joining RPC, Neil worked for Freshfields for eight years advising on high-value transactions for financial institutions.
