“I have significant experience advising on casualty exposures both internationally and in the UK and have a deep knowledge of casualty policy wordings. My work includes advising on losses related to high severity events such as explosions, spillages, and fires; catastrophic injuries and fatalities; product liability and long-tail exposures, including occupational illness and pollution.

Fundamentally, I see our role as being that of a trusted advisor and strategist. To this end, we always endeavour to produce clear and user-friendly advice which balances the legal issues with our clients’  commercial concerns.”
