Helen is an insurance lawyer who specialises in professional liability – particularly in defending claims against solicitors, barristers, accountants, auditors and insolvency practitioners. She also advises professional firms in relation to regulatory investigations and disciplinary proceedings. She deals with complex, high value claims arising out of a diverse range of subject matters, including property transactions, tax planning and failed litigation.
Helen is well-versed in High Court and Commercial Court litigation and also has experience resolving disputes by way of mediation and other ADR. She is a great strategic thinker and tactician, and clients value her pragmatic approach.
