Kat specialises in defending professional negligence claims against construction and property professionals including surveyors, contractors, architects, engineers, estate agents and property managers. Acting for some of the leading global property companies, and their insurers, Kat is an expert in contentious construction claims and construction PI. Advising on a wide range of matters Kat advises on a variety of claims including complex, large multi-party disputes. She has extensive experiencing acting in claims against surveyors particularly, advising insurance professionals and the RICS on these issues. She also provides market training on claims and coverage.
