Associate
Joshua is an Associate solicitor specialising in property insurance disputes. He deals with claims for material damage and business interruption – particularly those involving fire, flood, theft and other perils – and advises on policy coverage, liability defence and subrogated recoveries. Joshua has a broad experience in commercial litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution processes. He acts for a range of clients, including insurers, reinsurers and their insureds. He is also a member of the Law Society.
