Advising trustees-in-bankruptcy on the cross-border bankruptcy of a prominent PRC investor in Baccarat SA, a leading luxury crystal manufacturer, including the defense of the bankrupt's application under s.83 of Cap. 6 to challenge the trustees' administration of the estate: [2024] 5 HKLRD 34 (appearing on behalf of the trustees).
