Resolving blocking and trapping claims for cargoes stuck on board vessels in Ukraine during the Russian invasion and managing local sales of the affected cargoes.
Resolving 500+ warranty claims under an offshore energy WELCAR reinsurance and retrocession programme.
Investigating potential fraudulent transactions under trade finance facilities, and settling via mediation claims under the trade credit insurance programme following the collapse of the Indian commodity house Obligor.
