“I embrace the technical side of construction law to develop innovative and commercial solutions to our clients' problems."
“I relish the challenge of acting for both insurer and insurer clients and managing their expectations and desires to achieve the best possible outcome for both parties. The complex nature of insurance claims - and the opportunity to grapple with complicated, technical claims and legal issues in the construction industry to deliver the best result for the client - is very satisfying.
I tend to approach client relationships by focusing on their demands and tailoring my advice to their individual needs. You need to be very personable and a good communicator, as well as having the strong technical and commercial skills clients need. I embrace the technical side of construction law to develop innovative and commercial solutions to our clients' problems.
It’s really important to ensure that communications are clear, succinct, and easily digested by clients - so they can quickly understand the position and reach a decision on how to proceed. I build relationships easily, and pride myself on being a reliable provider of accurate, efficient advice that’s built on strong technical expertise and a highly commercial outlook.”
