Global Head of Commercial Disputes
Geraldine is the leader of our Commercial Litigation Group, and has over 25 years experience resolving disputes for clients. She specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration, and has expertise in a wide range of contractual disputes including warranty claims and other post-M&A issues, shareholder and joint venture disputes, and asset and financial recovery. She acts on behalf of high-net-worth individuals as well as corporate clients in sectors such as media, financial and professional services, and industrial and manufacturing. She is a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association, the Commercial Litigators Forum, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and sits on the Litigation Committee of the City of London Law Society.
