“I’m confident in presenting even the thornier aspects of employment law in a concise, accessible, and sympathetic way”
“A lot of my work focuses on the retail sector. I really enjoy helping retailers navigate today's people challenges and keep up to date with legal developments, with the aim of creating genuinely inclusive workplace cultures. One recent example of this is the work I’ve done to support the firm's partnership with the British Retail Consortium on their diversity and inclusion charter. I’ve also been working on some matters for our Asia team, including diversity and inclusion training for Hong Kong clients.
I'm organised, efficient and a good communicator. Drawing on my previous experience as a qualified employment lawyer, I’m confident in presenting even the thornier aspects of employment law in a concise, accessible, and sympathetic way that explores all the different perspectives on an issue. A key part of this mission is a podcast I present called The Work Couch, where we discuss all things employment. The podcast provides easily digestible and engaging content that helps employer clients quickly understand various topics, and arms them with practical takeaways.”
