“I provide a rapid response in the wake of urgent cyber-breach incidents, co-ordinating a range of different teams (including technical forensic experts and PR firms) whilst also advising on the range of legal considerations that may arise.  This includes advising on notification obligations to regulators (including the ICO) and data subjects (as required under the GDPR) and managing third party claims arising out of data breaches.

The cyber-breach incidents that I work on often include international elements, with many clients having global offices.  As a result, I often liaise with our strong network of overseas counsel in international jurisdictions to co-ordinate a streamlined response for the client.
