"There’s no one way to approach client relationships.
It is important to be flexible.”

“Most of my career has been spent at international firms, and I work with clients across the world, most regularly in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. I have wide experience in acquisitions and sales, sale/leasebacks, leasing, portfolio management, joint ventures, and real estate development and financing.

I work with a lot of retailers, and landlords of retailers, so I understand both sides of the coin.

There’s no one way to approach client relationships. It is important to be flexible, work to a client's preferences, and understand their business and commercial drivers.

What value do I bring? I hope clients would say, the right mix of commerciality and creative optimism.”

Elizabeth’s recent work highlights:

Acting for Frasers Group on the acquisition of The Coventry Arena and its subsequent management.

Acting for SCA on the restructuring and sale of its headquarters, production, and distribution facilities in the UK.

Acting for AGC Equity Partners on the restructure and refinancing of The Citigroup Tower, prior to its sale for in excess of £1 billion.
