Daniel’s specialist focus is insurance claims (in particular material damage and business interruption claims), including working for various insurance companies across several sectors. He has advised on a plethora of insurance claims and subrogated recoveries both inside and outside the UK - from Europe to the Caribbean and North America. Daniel is also a member of the Law Society.
