Daniel specialises in defending negligence claims brought against solicitors and their professional indemnity insurers, and in advising insurers on complex and high-value coverage disputes involving solicitors/licensed conveyancers' policies. Daniel is proficient in defending Insurance Brokers against errors and omissions claims, a specialism which has further enhanced his in-depth understanding of the insurance market and builds on his experience gained on secondment at a global insurer's London office.
