Connie advises on complex, high-value commercial and financial disputes, high-value civil fraud and asset recovery, regulatory disputes, and art law. In this capacity, she acts for a wide range of commercial clients including large financial institutions, auction houses, and high-net-worth private individuals. She is a member of the Female Fraud Forum, Junior Women in Law Network, and undertakes pro bono work for Liberty.

Acted for the Claimant in a US$100m claim based on alleged fraudulent misrepresentations relating to the credit quality of residential mortgage-backed securities.
Acted for the Defendant in a £40m group action claim relating to the sale of life assurance investment products.
Acted for the second and third Defendants in a claim for approximately £70m for alleged conspiracy to defraud.
