Based in Singapore, Claire specialises in insurance-related disputes and advisory work.
With experience in Sydney, London and Singapore, Claire advises insurers on complex multi-party commercial disputes, financial lines claims (including D&O, Commercial Crime & Fidelity, Professional Indemnity, and Financial Institutional Professional Indemnity), class actions, and various commercial insurance/reinsurance claims (including monitoring and contested coverage disputes). Claire also assists insurers in reviewing, advising on and drafting policy wordings.
Claire is Australian qualified and has significant disputes experience, having acted on instructions from insurers and reinsurers in litigated matters at all levels of the Australian court system.
