"My bread and butter is large, complex transactions for our major clients but I also love helping younger companies on their growth journey, whether helping with terms and conditions, go-to-market strategies, data risks or negotiating transactions with their clients and suppliers.  

Strong relationships are my thing and my clients know I am fiercely loyal to them and their business. I love to feel as if me and my team are an extension of our client's team; really understanding their business, their commercial and legal objectives and helping them get their transactions done, manage their risk and resolve issues. Lawyers cannot just be lawyers, but must also be business advisors. Long term and strong relationships are where we can really get to know each other and really add value; they are what makes my practice fun and create the mutual relationship of trust that really helps us turn the dial with our clients.  

For all my clients, I’m driven by a persistent wish to get the deal done. I remain cheerful and humorous regardless of the circumstances, and always advise with a real focus on the client's business and objectives. Open and transparent conversations are important to me. And remembering that part of our jobs is to make our client's lives easier and to make them look good to their colleagues and counterparties.

Having worked in Moscow as a trainee for A&O and in Dubai as an Associate at A&O, my career has always had an international element and I relish the challenges that this brings.
