Assisting insurers and reinsurers with their response to Covid BI losses and has been involved in key industry wide policy interpretation issues such as causation and aggregation, making their way through the UK Courts and in many other common law jurisdictions globally. 

Defending building owners or occupiers for property and construction losses following significant fire, flood, explosion, or landslip events.

Representing health service providers in the UK in connection with the pursuit of a number of separate competition litigation and other damages claims.
