Advising a household name technology company on a range of issues including a multi-jurisdictional contractual dispute, financial and reputational risk management and supply chain issues. 

Leading a team acting for the Defendant, a software and services company, in ongoing proceedings in the Commercial Court. The claim is for payment of sums allegedly due under an engagement letter between the parties, under which the Claimant was to provide services to the Defendant in relation to the placement of private equity investment.
