“I enjoy the fast-paced and changing nature of the real estate sector”

“I qualified in New Zealand and spent over five years working on a range real estate of matters including large commercial sales and acquisitions, development work, leasing, real estate financing and assisting on real estate aspects of corporate transactions. I now work in RPC’s UK real estate team. I enjoy the fast-paced and changing nature of the real estate sector, which requires you to keep up to date and informed.

I’m proactive and work closely with clients to ensure that I understand their needs well - and tailor my advice accordingly. While I draw on my previous experience (both in the UK and New Zealand), I also appreciate that one shoe does not fit all, so I often take a step back to consider what the client is trying to achieve and whether there are any alternative solutions which may fit better in their particular circumstances. My focus is always on providing the most practical, tailored advice which fully considers the client's needs and overall objectives.

I like to work closely with clients and form good working relationships so that we can better understand what the client needs, and what will help them achieve their goals. I also think it’s important to regularly keep clients informed and up to date on the status and progress of matters.”

Brooke’s recent work highlights:

Acting for Frasers Group on their acquisition of The Coventry Arena at Judds Lane, Coventry, including the subsequent management of leases and licences at the property.

Acting for Wave Optics (Snap Inc.) on their lease of office premises at the Milton Park Estate.

Acting for Sega on the surrender and regrant of UK office premises.
