Bonnie specialises in real estate work in Singapore. Her work encompasses direct and indirect real estate acquisitions and divestments, build-to-suit projects, real estate backed financing and leasing. She has advised multi-national corporations, public listed corporations, property funds, banks and statutory boards on major property-related transactions. Bonnie graduated from King's College London. She is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and practises out of Premier Law LLC. She has been recognised in the Asia Law Client Service Excellence award.
