“A lot of my work is connected to the insurance and retail sectors. It also has a significant international aspect - I’ve worked on a variety of transactions that involve acquiring assets and businesses throughout Europe, South America, and Australia. I’ve also developed key contacts through our Terralex network, which means I can assist clients in understanding how to operate in these and other jurisdictions.
