“I act as a trusted point of contact for clients navigating data protection regulation.”

“The sectors I work in are data-rich and often at the forefront of innovation around how businesses interact with their consumers. I help clients understand how to unlock the value in personal data while navigating a complex regulatory landscape. My advice is always tailored to the needs of the client and the state of play in their sector.

I have considerable experience of cross-border data protection matters, including working with RPC's relationship firms in several jurisdictions. I previously practiced at a Magic Circle firm with dozens of offices globally, and during my time there I completed secondments to an international cinema chain and a top ten global bank.

I act as a trusted point of contact for clients navigating the complex landscape of data protection regulation, and I always aim to deliver advice in a way that is pragmatic and shows an understanding of their business and industry.

It’s always very gratifying to know your work is appreciated by clients. One recently said "Amy is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with and well aware of commercial sensitivities and pressures. Her advice and pragmatic, results driven approach has been appreciated both by me and the wider business."
