“I am involved in managing the insurers’ policyholders throughout what is very often a disruptive time - and implementing effective mitigation strategies. 

I utilise the broad spectrum of resources available to find a solution to often unique geotechnical and structural issues that have given rise to the client’s outlay, thereby mitigating it.

I also prepare written literature to assist client handlers with their recoveries’ referrals and management, and have often prepared articles of advice - which clients have then adopted into their in-house literature.

I make myself accessible and available to assist with queries at all times. I also enjoy building a rapport with clients. Where appropriate, I favour video conferences over phone calls in order to achieve this.
