Steven’s recent work highlights:

Represented a recycling plant and its insurer following a serious accident onsite resulting in brain injury. A lengthy, complex case with multiple experts and Counsel involvement, which reached a satisfactory conclusion for the clients.  

Acted for a French insurer and their insureds in connection with a claim by the deceased's family following a fatal incident during a cycle race in France. Lengthy, complex case involving experts in cycle events, paramedic response, and French law. Satisfactory settlement prior to trial.   

Acted for go-kart centre and its insurer following a fatal incident. Represented the client at inquest and prosecution, and am also dealing with civil claim for compensation by family.
