“I am friendly, no-nonsense, and bring considerable experience and expertise to my role.”
“I love insurance, especially the variety of the work and the opportunity for satisfyingly complex analysis.
There’s always been a strong international aspect to my work. In fact, the major case that I spent the majority of my career working on was an international case. I also work with and support our Asia insurance teams.
I am friendly, no-nonsense, and bring considerable experience and expertise to my role. Coupled with my ability to quickly analyse large amounts of information, it enables me to always provide structured, user-friendly, practical advice that gets the job done.”
Aimee’s recent work highlights:
Acting for the defendants and their professional indemnity insurers in Various Claimants v Giambrone, culminating in a three-week trial and several appeals to the Court of Appeal.
Acting for insurers in successful arbitrations involving disputes about attachment of claims to prior-year policies.
Advising solicitors on their exposure in large professional negligence claims arising from buyer-funded development schemes.
