Through the ReCover solution we recovered £400k for our insurer client, Aviva, following an escape of water caused by defective pressure reduction valve. Working with Counsel and forensic experts we were able to identify a known fault in the pressure reduction valve and secure an 84% recovery of insurers outlay plus costs.
