“The Policy Wordings team provides a distinctive service by having a dedicated, specialist team of experts,” said a leading global insurer, “where wordings are the focus and not an add-on.”

The team possess a wealth of claims and technical drafting experience, and partners with colleagues from the Insurance Regulatory and Commercial specialists in the firm to deliver a comprehensive service. This includes oversight of governance issues, Consumer Duty, and FOS/FCA issues.

Our policy wording specialists will work with you on reviews of individual products, library consolidation projects and thematic reviews, as well as new product design and drafting. This work is conducted across mono-line and combined products for SME/mid-market, through to multi-national master programmes with jurisdictional intricacies.
