General Liability

General liability insurance claims can be some of the most varied, and they require a flexible approach. Our dedicated team of legal experts will adapt their strategy to suit your unique legal needs.

Overview

Every injury case is different – so we deal with each one differently. Our years of experience working with the insurance industry have exposed our team to the full remit of possibilities within general liability, meaning that we’re able to approach your unique case with understanding and innovation.

By combining our injury practice with our extensive health-and-safety work, we will provide you with seamless end-to-end support in both the civil and criminal courts. We also work internationally, often guiding foreign lawyers and corporations through the UK legal system.

And should you need guidance within another territory we have lawyers on the ground in Hong Kong and Singapore as well as several specific international desks. We are also part of Global Access Lawyers an association built on trusted relationships between 6 six specialist law firms across America, Europe and Asia Pacific. This combined specialist insurance talent means we can ensure you tailored insights and bespoke approaches across the global insurance market.

Our previous work has developed our specialisms in complicated or catastrophic claims. This has included advising a large construction company in the defence of a catastrophic injury claim, as well as successfully defending a fatal road accident claim involving a cyclist.

To learn more about how our experienced legal professionals can help with your general liability claims, please call or email a member of our team.
