With its theme of 'Innovation in dispute resolution: navigating global risks', LIDW will provide crucial insights into the business and law of international dispute resolution, and the key trends we can expect to see over the next year and beyond.

Wednesday 4 June | Fraud, arbitration and the Indian litigant – battle before and carnage after?

Our panel of esteemed practitioners will explore the impact of fraud allegations in the context of arbitrations involving Indian parties/seated in India.
- The ‘battle’ at the reference to arbitration stage, where the arbitrability of a dispute is challenged due to an allegation of fraud.
- Guerilla tactics deployed in arbitrations involving fraud.
- Carnage after 1 - where the dissatisfied party uses civil fraud as a ground to challenge an arbitral award.
