APPLY NOWThe starting salary for our solicitor apprentices is £23,000 in Bristol and £25,000 in London. Your salary will increase as you progress through the programme and in your final two years you will be paid the same as the trainees in your location. The firm will also provide a welcome bonus of £2,000 to solicitor apprentices a few months before you join the firm to assist with accommodation and workwear expenses.

Each of our apprentices will be allocated a supervisor who will be their main point of contact for all work-related matters.
To assist with pastoral elements, you will also be assigned a buddy who will help you settle into your role and the firm.
At RPC we dress for our day, using professional judgement to dress appropriately. We embrace hair worn in all styles as well as religious and cultural dress. This may mean dressing in more traditional business wear for a particular event whilst being free to dress more casually for a day which involves internal meetings or meetings with clients who you know are comfortable with a more casual dress code.
