Our ESG/responsible business strategy seeks to embrace our own position in the global community and to meet our individual and collective responsibilities to ensure our business is more sustainable for the next generation of RPC people and clients. 



Our goal is to continue to ensure that our strategy is understood and embedded across the whole business and contributes to our firm vision by engaging and empowering our people (of today and tomorrow) and enabling us to support our clients on the same journey. 

We continue to align our strategy with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which are a call for action by all countries to work together in support of our planet and its people.

We actively work to promote greater environmental responsibility at the firm and amongst its people. We understand the importance and our responsibility to address environmental issues.

Charity

In line with our chosen SDG's, our charity programme is focused on supporting firmwide partnerships, local partnerships and individual charitable endeavours to support a wide-ranging number of organisations in the communities in which we operate.

Health & wellbeing

We recognise that our people are our most valuable asset, and as such, health and wellbeing is a key focus area for our ESG strategy and embedded within AmP, our firmwide people programme.

Pro bono

Our pro bono activity is driven by our pro bono committee comprising Associates, Trainees, Partners and members of our business services teams. Our pro bono opportunities are advertised weekly and often include matters around employment and real estate.

Access to cash in our communities

In partnership with LINK and photojournalist, Bex Wade, we chatted with a range of individuals across the UK for whom cash remains important in their day-to-day lives. Their stories offer a fascinating insight into the challenges of an increasingly cashless society and the importance of safeguarding access to cash.
